Some questions about my training - Open
1. Pre-season macro plan. What is it? What are we aiming for and what are the plans before the Cape Epic. I need a clear mental picture.2. Pre-Epic races. What races are we planning to do? I would like to do the Theford MTB Marathon (23rd of January), the Perfs Pedal Road Race - big one (13 February). I guess that these races are good for preparation.
3. Intervals un-covered. What are the purposes of VO2, LT and Anaerobic intervals.
