5 hrs Tempo with climbs

Plan to meet with Jason for a mt bike ride with the Leith Hill gang.

Rode out to Camberley. Did a couple of hours off road on single track with Jay. Feeling good and strong. Had strong headwinds going out. And, great tail winds coming home.
